When Unisys started using Visier in 2020, they were focused on workforce metrics. With Visier People Extend, the integrated data ecosystem allows them to explore insights by person, business unit, or location. Unisys can now get a better understanding, for instance, of which locations drive the strongest profitability.

This capability helps them navigate market volatility. Visier enables Unisys to manage costs, compare average cost-of-living by location, understand what skillsets are needed, and more. That data-driven approach means Unisys can now respond strategically based on insights to continuously enhance its performance.

THE OUTCOME

Self-service analytics for strategic decisions

With Visier, Unisys can now analyze current data from ServiceNow to find and rank its top-performing technicians by region, optimizing their time and resources in their busiest locations and creating significant business value.

Unisys is actively exploring the Visier-Salesforce integration to investigate the relationship between tenure and performance for sales teams. This initiative is in the experimental phase as they evaluate how combining Salesforce data with people analytics can provide deeper insights.

Enhanced access to data has facilitated broader collaboration across the organization. The team is planning to integrate additional data sources through Extend to develop a more comprehensive view of productivity and financial impact.
