Improving scalability and ease of use of their people analytics solutions
HR leaders and firm members found it difficult to access cross-functional insights across platforms and extract data from the systems T. Rowe Price was using at the time. With Qlik as their BI tool, development became time-consuming, requiring significant resources to build custom applications for each case. This lack of flexibility and efficiency highlighted the need for a more scalable and user-friendly solution.

On working with Deloitte to implement Visier on an "aggressive timeline"
T. Rowe Price worked with Deloitte, a Visier Certified Services Partner, to accelerate onboarding so they could get to insights faster. “We chose Deloitte as our implementation partner, and we completed a 13-week sprint to integrate our organizational, core TA, and learning data," explains Shannon. "The experience was wonderful. We worked with both the US and India teams from Deloitte, and they were exceptional. Their resource support was outstanding, and I truly believe we couldn't have met the aggressive timeline without their guidance and management throughout the entire process.”
“With Visier, we're hoping to see more effective data delivery linked to our strategies. One key area we're focusing on is measuring the impact of our TA function, which has historically been difficult to analyze. We're excited about the insights that Visier will provide. Additionally, we are building a larger roadmap with the Visier platform to identify other data sources to integrate, including other HR source data and hopefully business data from groups like sales and investments. This will help us align unique titling and strategies, ultimately positioning HR as a more strategic partner.”

Since implementing Visier, Shannon's team has seen promising outcomes, particularly with recent interface improvements. They chose Vee to drive user adoption, especially for HR leaders, as its intuitive chat functionality is expected to reduce inquiries to their teams. “My team has been testing it [Vee], and we have seen progress with the recent interface and model improvements. We are really excited about it. Our reason for choosing Vee was to support adoption. We knew that for some of our higher-level leaders in HR, the chat capability would be intuitive and hopefully reduce the number of inquiries my team receives,” adds Shannon.
