Are student careers at Visier paid?
Yes, our student career opportunities are paid work experiences. Besides the monthly salary, we have plenty of other benefits including community employee discounts, usage of our sports and gym facilities and many more. The working hours are 40 hours per week and you are entitled to time off benefits during an 8-month employment period.
- 7 days of paid vacation time
- 4 days of paid volunteering time
- 5 days of sick leave, available after 90 days of working at Visier
Why are Visier student careers also known as co-ops?
"Co-op" usually refers to a multi-semester work agreement with one employer. Additionally, co-ops are traditionally full-time, and paid positions. Post-secondary institutions typically are involved with supporting students succeed in the application process. For this reason, Visier will include “co-op” in the job title.
