In addition to their success in prioritizing employee retention efforts, predicting employee absences, and debunking the myths around training and onboarding, the Reece Group has used Visier to demonstrate the value of its referral bonus program.
While the program predated the people analytics capability at the Reece Group, the PEx team were able to track the performance of the program. They found that the retention of those referred by existing employees was far greater than what the company experienced when recruiting “off the street.”
