KeHE’s commitment to becoming a data-informed organization required democratizing insights to as many relevant users as possible. “The first group that we onboarded wasn't even HR. It was the leaders and managers of our warehouse and transportation employees,” explains Nyberg. “These managers need to regularly see headcount targets and turnover rates—they’ve even created scorecards to compete with each other.”
As KeHE continues to broaden its user base across a population that includes warehouse staff, operations, and HR, they’ve seen a keen interest in those accessing the platform because they know they will find actual answers to their people questions and not just numbers that require more parsing. As a result, the number of active users has doubled from 25% to 50%.
