With Visier Extend, CommonSpirit Health brought its employee stay interview data into the Visier model to track outcomes and retention rates. This allowed them to monitor which of their employees received stay interviews and conduct analysis on turnover.
By putting a dollar value on the cost of turnover and linking it to stay interview scores, CommonSpirit Health created a compelling case for a targeted retention strategy. This exposed a substantial decrease in turnover and higher retention rate for employees involved in stay interviews.
